708 Tom Heights and Black Crag

The Lake District is full of celebrated views and as far back as 1778 Thomas West was writing about the best viewpoints, but few people know about Tom Heights. Set aloof above the popular Tarns Hows it is usually ignored, but from the summit is one of the best prospects of them all.
