"Wind's blowing wrong way" said the mud-bespattered farmer as we struggled past him and his tractor above Nelson. The weather was certainly wild on the Pendle Way, so we took refuge in the Coldwell Tearoom, a welcome oasis of calm, high on the windswept moors.
