624 Narrowdale and Wolfscote Dale

Narrowdale Noon means to put off doing something. The expression comes from this deep Peak District valley where sunrise, even in spring, is after midday. But don't delay your walk for the sun shone on us as we descended to Wolfscote Dale and the sparkling River Dove with its rocky pinnacles and enticing caves.
